Below we have listed all of the answers to questions that we receive quite frequently. Please check the list below to see if your question has been answered before contacting us. How much is delivery? Retail orders delivered within the mainland UK have a P&P charge of £2.99 for First Class Post. You can upgrade to Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery for a small fee. This will be calculated when you check out. European delivery is £5.99 per order and worldwide delivery is £6.99 per order. Standard delivery does not come with any tracking number or insurance. If you require a tracking number and/or insurance then you must upgrade to Recorded or Special Delivery. How long does delivery take? Orders placed before 1pm are usually sent out the same day so you should receive your order the next working day. Otherwise your order will be sent out the next day so you should receive your order within 2 working days. International delivery can take up to 5-7 days. Which courier do you use?
Small orders are sent by Royal Mail. Larger orders are sent by Parcelforce for UK deliveries or DHL for International deliveries. Other couriers are available if you require an alternative.Are all of your items authentic? Yes, we supply all of our products as authentic and will offer a full refund if you're unhappy with your purchase. Every day we receive emails from potential customers asking if our branded sunglasses are authentic - It's no wonder when we're usually around half the cost of other websites! The answer is YES, YES, YES!!! We have the lowest prices anywhere for 100% authentic branded sunglasses and it just shows you the amount of profit other stockists make per pair! They often markup around 500% but most people don't think twice about paying more than they need to as they think other websites selling them for less are selling counterfeits. How are your prices so cheap? Our buyers are always looking for products that we can buy at a low price so that we can sell for a low price. Sometimes we buy stock direct from the manufacturer meaning no middlemen are taking their cut. Sometimes we buy overstocks who will offer us a great price for taking a large amount of stock off their hands. Either way, we have the power to buy in big lots at great prices. We mainly deal on the internet meaning our costs are lower than the average highstreet store meaning we can pass the savings on to you! Our excellent relationships with our suppliers mean we can negotiate the very best deals to offer our customers. We constantly check our prices to make sure we are offering the very best value. Do your prices include VAT? Yes. There are no hidden extras with us. You simply pay the advertised price plus P&P and that's it. What payment methods do you accept? Most of our customers prefer to pay by Paypal or Credit/Debit card. Can you send me a catalogue? Due to the nature of our business we add new products daily and sell out of products daily. Therefore we do not print catalogues because they would be out of date before they reached you! All of our products can be found on our website which is updated daily. Why should I register? There are several reasons why it's a good idea to register. First of all, you can create a wish list where you can keep a list of items you would like to purchase but perhaps can't afford to buy them straight away. You can also ask us to keep you informed about certain products like if extra sizes are added or it goes out of stock. You can also store your order history in case you need to refer back to it in the future. Best of all, you can add yourself to our newsletter to be kept up to date of new products and special offers. I can't find the item I'm looking for! Sorry to hear we don't have the item you need. If it was on our site but is no longer there then chances are it has sold out and has now been discontinued. You can contact us and we'll let you know if we will be getting any more in. If we don't have your preferred size, colour of style of a particular product then please contact us and we'll let you know if we can order some in for you. Do you offer a warranty? All products we sell come with a minimum of 12 months warranty unless otherwise stated. Some items can be sent directly to the manufacturer if they are faulty. You will normally receive a warranty booklet with your item if this is the case. Can I return an unwanted item? Yes, please return any unwanted items within 14 days. What items cannot be returned? We do not offer refunds on underwear, swimwear, custom made prescription lenses, jewellery and sale items. We may offer a replacement in certain circumstances. Who covers the postage charges for me to return an item? It is your responsibility to cover charges to send items back to us. However there are some exceptions to this rule. We have listed who needs to cover the charges for each circumstance below: Incorrect item ordered (customers fault) - customer to cover charges. Incorrect item received (i.e ordered a large but received a medium) - we will refund returns charges up to the value stated below. Faulty or damaged item received - we will cover charges up to 14 days up to the value stated below. After 14 days the customer will need to cover the charges. Item not suitable - customer to cover charges. To receive a refund of your return costs where appropriate, a copy of your post office receipt must be mailed or emailed to us. We cannot refund charges without proof of costs. The maximum amount of postage we will refund are as follows: . UK orders. Items valued up to £60 - £2.50. UK orders. Items valued £60 - £100 - £3.50. UK orders. Items valued over £100 - £5.50. Overseas orders. Items valued up to £60 - £4.50. Overseas orders. Items valued over £60 - £7.50.
The above charges are the maximum we will pay for one return to ensure the most appropriate postage method has been used.
